Soft Chicken Tacos

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 10 medium flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp. of margarine or butter
  • 8oz of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt

In a skillet, cook the chicken breast fillets (cut up into narrow strips) and onions in fat until the chicken is done. Next, add the salts, tomato sauce, and cumin. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, keeping it covered for 20 minutes. Serve by putting the meat mixture on heated tortillas and top with your choice of fillings.
