Sesame Fried Trout

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. of water
  • 4 tbsp. of sesame seed
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 3 pounds of trout
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Beat the egg with some water (or milk if you prefer). Mix in the bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Coat the fish with flour. Next, dip the fish into the egg mixture and roll in the sesame seeds and bread crumbs. Fry this in a pan for 10 minutes on each side or until the flesh flakes from the bones.
