Potato Salad

  • 2 lbs. of potatoes
  • 1 dill cream dressing recipe
  • 5 finely chopped onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Stir the onions into the cream dressing. Add the salt and pepper to taste and if you wish, add some lemon juice to taste. Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Place into a bowl and fold in the dressing. Serve chilled.
