- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 4 tsp. of vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger
- 1 tsp. of spice powder
- Green onions (2 bunches)
- 2 pounds of chicken tenders
Blend the soy sauce, oil, sugar, spice powder, and ginger in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves. Stir that in the green onions. Add the chicken tenders to marinade. Turn them to coat. Next, cover the chicken and refrigerate overnight. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and then drain the chicken making sure to reserve the marinade. Arrange the chicken in a dish and bake it until it browns. Occasionaly baste it with marinade.
