Chunky Chicken Casserole

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts (cut up)
  • 2 cans of green beans
  • 1 can of water chestnuts which are sliced
  • Cream chicken soup (2 cans)
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Combine the lemon juice, soup, and mayonnaise together. In a pan (ideally 9 x 13), layer the green beans, chicken, chestnuts, soup mixture, and grated cheese. Bake this at 350 degrees until your dish begins to bubble. This normally takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.
